Hi, I’m very new to PTC Creo, but I have used Autodesk Inventor before, so I have a good understanding of the process involved.
I have a question regarding reuse/modification of a fairly simple model. The model is a Gearwheel, boss with taper, 2 side plates connecting the boss and the gearwheel and 4+ holes, with a bushing.
So my question is, how can I automate this as much as possible, the gear do not need to be correct, it just have to look like tooth’s. So I’m looking for a way to make the model easy to reuse, change a few important dimensions, and patterns.
So I’m looking for help/guide/tutorial that covers this, or if someone could help a newbie onto the correct path. My company is using Skeleton-models, so I want to continue with that.
