I am unable to print from the browser within Creo 3.
Is this a problem unique to me or does everyone else have the same problem?
Thanks,

Hello,
I'm new to using this software and although i have already managed to do this once now i can't.
I have the 3D model with the connectors and i have already routed the cables but when i try to make a manufacturing harness and try to assemble the components (connectors) the "assemble" and "Assemble All" options are greyed out.
Do you have any ideia why?
Thanks you
I am trying to reference external features in assembly mode but can't. Where has the model reference scope control command gone in Creo?
Is there any best practice for exporting 3D Models with customers, partners, providers?
- any specific format to be considered?
- any specific way to not provide all the details for this 3D Models (intellectual Property) but enough details so that customers and partners can work with those models within their own systems?
I Generate one license of my client,First time i made a mistake,so i change in update hardware information ,and finally i give retrieving license pack..but in still i wont get license pack..,case number & finally got this page..I tried 3 times between 2 hours.
Dear Creo Users,
Kindly be informed that recently I have been using Creo 2.0 . There is a good option in Creo called Palette in Sketch mode. There are certain shapes like polygon, i-section etc. which are very helpful to draw different and difficult mechanical parts in Creo. Are there any new developments or updates like any new shapes in Creo sketch Palette in newer versions like creo 3.0 and creo 4.0?
With regards,

Dear Creo Users,
kindly be informed that I am in a learning phase in Creo parametric. I need help in Sheetmetal manufacturing module in Creo. How can I arrange Creo Sheetmetal part in multiple time in a new planar sheet in Creo. I mean it would be very helpful if there are any tutorials or videos regarding sheetmetal nesting portion. Can it be done in creo sheetemtal manufacturing? how and what will be the correct process?
With regards,

hi,
We changed the server, with a new proxy.
In the past, i had access to help files.
Now, since this change, no access anymore;
My computer still have access to internet.
Do we have to open a specific port to get the help files?
Thanks
I would like to have more than one assembly placement set for a component that way I can switch between to view component in different positions. But the "New Set" is greyed out. I have to delete a set to add a new placement set. What is the problem.. a config setting?
Hi,
is there an option, where i can choose an element-specific feedrate?
So, let's assume that i want a finishing-feedrate of 0,1mm per revolution. Now there ist a cut-in on the outer surface of the part, where i want to turn faster about this area (maybe 1mm p.r.) because in this area there is no material to cut. After that area i need again the feedrate of 0,1mm p.r..
Is it possible to change the feedrates in the same turning profile between the different curves?
Sorry, it is a little bit complicated to explain the problem.
I add a picture, where you can maybe see what i mean.
Tank you!
Greetings
Oliver
I don't have any washers in my model, so not sure why this message pops up. This is popping up only when I give the 'Cyclic Geometry' option.
I have renamed our existing part drawing template and format and have added a BOM table, so I am using a single template for parts and assemblies. The engineer only needs to delete the BOM if it is a part file and a material table if it is an assembly.
However, when I create a new drawing and use the new template, the BOM does not populate automatically. If I add the BOM table to the drawing, it will populate 'manually'. What could be causing this to function to not work automatically from the drawing template?

I am currently using/learning Creo Direct Drafting (Creo Elements) v19 - strictly 2D drafting. A question has come up in our weekly team meeting about Keyboard Shortcuts. Are there any standard keyboard shortcuts for Creo Elements? For example, in I-DEAS "FS" will save the drawing.
Thanks
Elizabeth
I thought I remembered there to be some avenue to build into an imported surface or solid body the native Pro E feature that would be seen in the design tree. Can anyone point me in the right direction here? I know Unigraphics had this functionality years ago and Pro does I am sure but can't remember what it is called. I have PTU online training avalible I just need to know what coarse to look for.
Example is if i import a step file and wish to place a round feature in the design tree but associate the feature to a round the is already a part of the imported data file (step in this case) and going forward have Edit definition within Pro E avalible as if it was a native feature.
Shrink Wrap might be what I am looking for but not sure.
Thanks
I need to purchase a work laptop for Creo 3, any suggestions??
In some cases (I found that only with BIG models) when exporting Creo assembly to PVZ, it creates external structure files (separate pvs files) from top level subassemblies. I such case those branches are indicated with small blue/yellow arrows in icons of branch nodes in CreoView model tree. In CreoView UI there is a 'merge branch link' command that can be used to merge these kind of branches with main structure and get rid of the external pvs files. I have tried to find answer to two questions: 1 Why or in what case these external structure files are created? 2. is there a direct command or workaround in CreoView API to do the merge operation automaticaly without user interaction?
Hi everyone.
I recently bought creo Tool design extension. I am not able to get parting lines properly on step files.
I tried solidifying these files as well but could not work.
Please find the attached files for your reference.
Kindly do the needful.
In assembly environment, If I export some parts by a specific assembly UCS in Iges format the output is correct. All generated files have the ucs I chosen.
This does not happen in Step format. The parts always mantain original part UCS.
This is a big problem to us because we always export parts by project ucs and not part ucs.
Is there any solution to this?
